Change username link on the users list

  Is it possible to change the username link on the users list? It now goes to the edit-user.php, but I would like to add something to that link (with the actions below I already did).

  It’s not a blog, it’s for a wordpress website, just forget about the “The blog I need help with is” part, that shouldn’t be there.
