Change username over already exisisting not in use domain name for free hosting

  Could you clear out if it would be possible to access new domain name which seems currently not in use or deleted by other user at free wordpress domain? If would like to check it for some time first, before moving to premium option, then how all possible options one should follow to register for such domain which shows already exisiting while creating new site or changing username.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What’s the actual question? If you wonder if someone has registered a domain, go to http://yourguessatdomain.wordpress.com whatever it is and see if it exists or is reserved. If not, you can create it. If it exists or is reserved, you can’t.

  If it is deleted, you can’t register it.

  If you’re going to use a custom domain, the underlying domain doesn’t really matter anyway.

  I mean, it’s really hard to figure out what you’re saying.
