change web address? remove wordpress theme name? remove Share This?

Hi, I’ve just mapped my domain name http://www.chakraalegriadeamor.com to the wordpress. However when I type it in it just goes to the wordpress site. I would like to keep http://www.chakraalegriadeamor.com as the web page address and not display the wordpress name.
Secondly I got the upgrade for NO ADS. At the bottom of my page the text “Theme: Customized Twenty Ten Blog at WordPress.com” is displayed. I’d like to get rid of that? how?
Thirdly: I would like to remove the Share This and Like This options from each of my “PAGES”. how?

The current policy about the footer in the support documentation:
May I remove the ‘Blog at WordPress.com’ credit in my site’s footer?

PS – the VIP hosting starts at about $ 30,000 per year and they still need to keep the footer
