  how do I change WordPress website address without losing blog content?

  You can change your blog address by going to My Blogs, and clicking the Change Blog Address link that appears when you hover over the address you want to change:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/

  Changing your blog’s address will have no effect on your contents or your blog’s layout.
