We are the Cincinnati New Horizons Concert Band. We want to upgrade and change website administrators. How to do it?

Aloha merco1, If the new administrator user doesn’t yet exist, create that first. If the new administrator user has already been created, you can change the roles of each user – or delete the old user if that is what you are trying to do.

Thanks for the quick reply. The info was spot on, I appreciate that. We want to upgrade to your Premium plan. It changes our subdomain name to a custom domain name. Will that give use better recognition with Google? At present, Google doesn’t seem to know we exist.s

Just to be clear, I don’t work for WordPress.com. I am a forum volunteer :)
The upgraded plans will allow you to have a custom domain. I’m not positive about the better recognition with Google, but I don’t really think it matters. I often come across websites with “wordpress.com” in their domain towards the top of my search results.
Google (and other search engines) can take a while before they start indexing pages.
