Change website name, DNS, and blog name

  I would like to change the name for my site and blog name for Wordpess. I have a defunct site that still has a paid domain, and I would like to take that license and use it for a new site. Is that possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Due to the way domains are controlled, it’s not possible to simply switch a domain. You would need to register a separate new domain in this case.
