Change website owner

  Please I need to change the website owner, as I am not the owner, yet my client is, How can I do that, when I go to the dashboard and users in order to delete myself and assign my client, they do not allow me!

  Hi,

  Change of site ownership is accomplished by the owner transferring the site to another WordPress.com account. See the Transfer a Site to Another WordPress.com Account support page for relevant information and instructions. Both the old owner and the new owner will receive email confirmation links that must be acted upon in order to complete the transfer.
