Change who get renewal notifications

  I am the new Admin for our website and the old person is now gone. I almost had our website expire and never got notified about it. I am assuming the notification went to old admin. How do I change it so all notifications go to me so I do not miss the renewals in the future??

  Hi Joseph,

  The WordPress.com user who owns the domain upgrade for your site (the person who originally purchased it) is the one who will receive notifications about renewing it.

  I can switch ownership of that domain upgrade from the previous admin to you, but first I’ll need the previous admin (who currently owns the upgrade) to confirm that request. Can you please ask that person to contact us or email us directly to ask that the upgrade be switched to you?
