change widgets in menus with visibility buton, the buton is damage

  in my blog, i have the “parament theme”, in the lateral bar, in the widgets, i see the visibility buton, but i do click in this buton and this not go to link, is damage the buton, not work right. i need change widgets in menus but is damage the buton, help me please
