Hello!
I took a look at your blog and I was unable to find “We Stand” in the heading. Was this resolved? If not, could you describe which page you’re seeing this on?
Thanks!

Thank you for your help. I am wanting to change the wording on the top of the style sheet. I can use the wording “We Stand” but would be much happier if I could change that wording and keep the small flag. I also need to get into the very bottom of each page and change the information there. I have looked everywhere and cannot find how to access this. It currently has a fake phone number of 1 (800) 123-456-7890 and mobile of 123-456-7890 and fax of 1 (800) 123-456-7890. These are obviously wrong and need to be changed but I have not found how to have access to this area. Your help will be very appreciated.

This blog http://bettyldouglas.wordpress.com/ hosted by WordPress.COM blog is wearing the Chateau theme. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/chateau/ Hence we do not know why you are referring to a stylesheet for any other theme.
The only themes we can use on WordPress.com blogs like your blog are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:
upload any third party themes,
create child themes,
create our own themes,
edit templates,
create own own layouts,
or use stylesheets from other themes.Relevant support docs:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

I have 2 word press sites – the one you reference above with the Chateau theme is a free word press theme. I have another one that has the WeStand theme that I purchased. The WeStand is the one I am having a problem with. The domain for the site in question is http://www.ngcorpsofcadetsassn.org/ Thanks for your help.

It looks like that site is a WordPress.org site, problem is this is a WordPress.COM forum. As such, we’d be unable to offer you support. Here is an article on the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The forums over at WordPress.org may be able to help you, here is a link to them: https://wordpress.org/support/
If it helps at all it looks like the “We Stand” at the top- is part of an image, which is why you’re unable to change the text… you’d need to edit the image or upload a new image to that area. Regarding the phone numbers at the bottom, that’s part of the widget area so you should be able to edit by navigating to Appearance>Widgets and looking for the Footer area.
I hope this helps! Best of luck with the WordPress.org forums! :)
