Change WordPress Admin Email Address

  Hi! I want to change my WordPress admin email address. I got the email (request administration email address), but when I click the link, it takes me to a 404 page on my site. Therefore, I can’t change my admin email address. Can someone help me do this?

  Hi there,

  Your site is not using WordPress.com, but the open source WordPress software. The admin email address for your site is stored directly in the site database on your server, and we have no access to and no control over it.

  Please ask in the forums for your version of WordPress how to fix this issue – the community there should be able to advise you.
