Change wordpress blog name

When I set up my new wordpress blog, I chose a name that I thought I wanted to stick with, but have discovered that I’d like to change it to something else. Can I change the name, or do I have to set up a new site altogether?

Blog titles can be changed here at any time and taglines can be changed to > Settings > General. However, the URL which is http://pianobypaul.wordpress.com/ cannot be changed. So which are you referring to? -
We can register another blog at anytime under the same username by simply pointing our browser to > http://wordpress.com/signup when we are logged in. Alternatively we can log out of wordpress.com and use a different email address, create another username and then register a blog under it.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/If we wish we can purchase a domain and omain mapping and then it doesn’t matter what the root blog URL is. The domain name will be displayed. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/

Help, I want to change the NAME of a blog, NOT the TITLE and NOT the URL.
Under the ‘My Blogs’ menu I have two blogs showing and I want to change the name of one of them. How do I do this? -
