Change WordPress logo in browser bar

  I just register a new WP blog https://loveintaiwan.wordpress.com/
  I want to change the default WP logo in browser bar to my own logo for this blog, anyone help me?

  I already check that article but WP changed the layout for admin page so I can’t find where to change the blog picture in Site Settings -> General
