  Can you share the URL of your website?

  I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.

  The site must have a paid Business or eCommerce plan, and following the info linked above, we will need to receive the request from an Administrator on the site.

  Neither of you currently have any WordPress.com sites under your accounts here.
