  Hi,

  Is there any way to modify my wp-config.php? I need to disable cron jobs and add my own custom jobs.

  Hi there, no, PHP files cannot be modified on WordPress.com.

  Any workarounds with plugins? Or can a WP admin change it for me?

  Probably not with plugins, as they’re likely incompatible with WordPress.com, regardless of what plan you have: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incompatible-plugins/

  However, I’m not too sure if WordPress.com can do something on their side. I’ve tagged them to see if they can offer any solutions. :)
