I have been charged a 99.00 fee from wordpress.com and I have no idea what it is for. I need clarification on this asap. I moved my hosting to another provider and thought I would only be paying them. Please let me know as soon as you can about this issue. Thank you for your time.

For details go to:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
Dashboard > Store > Billing HistoryTo disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.
Also provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.I’ll tag this thread for Staff help. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond.

Seriously need some feedback on this issue. Has my refund been processed yet. What is the status? I am fully aware that it takes time, but surely wordpress.com can give me an update!!! Thanks

Did you apply for the refund via the process TT linked? If not, no. Nobody will process a refund you haven’t applied for. Posting in the forum is not the same as applying for a refund. Click the link. Follow the instructions. Like she said, it takes 1-2 weeks to process the refund.

I clicked on the link. I went through the steps. I will try to do it again. You do not have to be so rude. $99.00 is a lot of money for anyone to have taken out mistakenly!

Sorry for the confusion. It looks like you canceled the renewal before you were charged for it. In the process, it looks like your domain touchinghem.com was renewed. You can keep that free of charge for the year, but you may wish to transfer it to a new domain registrar if you don’t wish to renew it with us next year.
