Changed background to black but has a white border!!!!

i went into css and i changed the background to black and it did it, but now it has a white border all the way around (about 10 pixels wide )….any idea why?

Dude! You have major problems. You don’t even have a doctype declared in your HTML.
The white border is the least of your worries. The search engines will take one look at your site, turn and walk away.
