Changed blavatar but favicon not working

My site, blog.threadbaregames.com, has had a JPG uploaded to serve as the blavatar and favicon. Unfortunately, despite multiple submissions, it does not seem to be appearing in any browser I try (firefox, safari, chrome).
Anything that can be done?

Unfortunately, despite multiple submissions
The images are cached and take several days to display. By continuing to upload over and over unfortunately you created and even longer delay for display. I suggest you simply wait.
