Changed blog address and title but still coming up as old blog name
-
I have changed my blog address in general settings and blog title in customize but when I click to view my blog the blog address in the header bar is still the old one. I go back to general settings to change address bar but it says its the new one.
(old one) tyingbowstakingbowsandlemons.wordpress.com (still coming up in address bar)
(new one) takingbowstyingbowsandlemons.wordpress.com (changed in general settings and appearing there as this when I go to check)I’m very new to this side and a little technically challenged so if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it a lot!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You don’t have a custom design upgrade so get out of the customizer please.
Note that the site title (blog name) and blog address URL do not have to be the same. The Site title (blog name) and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General
“save changes”
That is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed. You cannot edit any URL. If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that and the URL you desire must be available. If so then you can change the URL by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

if you have not purchased the custom design upgrade note that no changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header, etc. which are stated on the theme description pages in the features column (right hand side) will be visible to visitors.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/You do not need to load the design tools unless you have the Custom Design upgrade. All of these functions can be accessed from your dashboard – without loading the custom design tools – no upgrade required.
Appearance > Header
Appearance > Background
Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
Site Title and Tagline > Settings > GeneralIf you are using the preview mode for the Custom Design upgrade some of the settings in that mode will save but they won’t show up on the front end unless you purchase the upgrade.
To go back to the free options, go to Appearance → Themes → Customize → Colors and click the “exit the preview” link in yellow at the top of the panel on the right.

tyingbowstakingbowsandlemons.wordpress.com
takingbowstyingbowsandlemons.wordpress.comYou have two different blog URL’s – the only connection is that they are both in your account
My suggestions
I am guessing that there is one you want to use and one you don’t – for the blog you are not going to use for the time being – change the name as explained above to something like “Spare” or “Test”
On the blog you want to use – change the title as above by @TT – but put in some spaces in the title to make it easier for people to read
