Changed Blog Address, Mapped Domain Went With it
-
I had a blog, turboawesome.wordpress.com, that I created. Then, I mapped it to a domain that I own, turboawesome.com.
After creating some pages, I decided I wanted to change the blog address and restart turboawesome.com just as a personal blog. However, when I did a “Change Blog Address” (http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/) to fridgefilterfinder.wordpress.com, my mapped domain, turboawesome.com went with it. I.e., when you do to turboawesome.com, it will bring you to the blog at fridgefilterfinder.wordpress.com. I would like to have turboawesome.com for turboawesome.wordpress.com. Is it possible to change this back?
Thanks for your help. I tried to search but I am not sure I’m using the correct terms.
