changed blog name and its all disappeared

Hi. I am in a real mess. I am trying so hard but just can not master WordPress. I tried to change the name of my blog from janetsmotorhometravels.wordpress.com to andyjanetblog.wordpress.com.
I changed it, and now everything has disappeared. If I Google my blog under ‘andyjanetblog’ it shows nothing, but if I put a space between ‘andyjanet’ and ‘blog’ some bits show, but when I click to go into it, it shows a different theme and none of my writing or photos. I am exasperated and at my wits end :-(
Also, I am having trouble with this forum as I don’t know where to look for the answer when someone responds to me. I tried before but had to leave as I needed to go to work. I then got an email, but when I clicked on the link, the link had timed-out.

Sorry to hear that you’re having a frustrating experience.
I can see your site at http://andyjanetblog.wordpress.com/. There’s a lot of content on it including photos.
Sometimes changes that you make may not show up and you have to reload your page or even just log out and then log in again to your account. As well, you may want to try different browsers.

One more thing – as you’ve recently changed your name, it won’t show up right away on Google.

Why isn’t my blog in Google?
WordPress.com automatically sends notifications to Google with every post and page update. The search engines can take 4-6 weeks or more to add any new sites.-James
