Changed blog name, google links it to old username which is deleted

  So I’ve changed my blog to ‘aaronkhim.wordpress’ from my old one ‘silktherapy’ but I noticed my stats were very very low today, and it turns out google searches still link it to my old host name which is deleted and I am now not getting any traffic. Will it update on google? Because the blog posts are still on my blog, but aren’t coming up on google
