Changed blog URL but I can't link to it

  I am quite a novice at this, so don’t really understand the domain stuff!

  I have a free wordpress.com blog, and changed the URL. I changed the link to the blog in my Twitter/Instagram, clicked it, and instead of taking me to the blog it says “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.” – I have no idea what this means, but can’t get onto the blog…

  Never mind, seems to be working now! That was a scary ten minutes…
