Changed credit card but still getting Action Required notices

  I keep getting Action Required notices. I already changed my credit card. What is the problem?

  Hi,

  I’m not seeing any upgrades purchased by your WordPress.com user account that would require a credit card. Can you give us a bit more information about what is going on? What specifically do these notices say?
