Thank you for writing to us. From your message, I understand you operate a WordPress site that’s not hosted on our WordPress.com managed hosting. It appears you’ve encountered issues after changing your domain and now can’t access your site.

While we’d love to help, our ability to assist in this case is limited because we’re only able to investigate and address issues on websites we host directly. However, we can provide some information that may assist you in resolving your issue.

If your site were hosted with our Managed Hosting, we would have been able to take a more hands-on approach in helping to resolve your issue. Our Managed Hosting offers a full-service solution with maximized performance, reliability and control. We’re responsible for all technical aspects of running WordPress, other services, and are always on hand to help when needed. For more information, visit: https://wordpress.com/hosting/

If you’d consider moving your site to our platform, it’d be an easy task using our convenient migration plugin that would help you move all your content over without hassle.

If you’d like to get assistance for your current situation without changing hosts, I would recommend seeking help through the community support forums for the open-source version of WordPress. Other users and developers who use this version are in an ideal position to help and might have encountered similar issues in the past. You can head over to:

I hope this information is useful and helps you to sort the issue you’re experiencing. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
