Changed domain and now I can’t enter to any of the websites!! HELP PLEASE!!

    Hi

    I have a website called stopmoloversclub.com and I attempted to changed the domain for a previous domain (stopmolovers.com) but I didn’t remember that I tried, in the past, to make a website with that same domain. I can not enter neither stopmoloversclub.com or stopmolovers.com

    I am sure that I did something very wrong. Can you help me please?

    Hi there – I have researched both of those domains and I see that neither the domains nor the site are attached to are here with us at WordPress.com. What I’ll do next is share what I did find and recommend what you should try next to get this back on track.
     
    Here is the DNS history for “stopmolovers.com” – https://viewdns.info/iphistory/?domain=stopmolovers.com
     
    I see there that as recently as June 12 of this year the domain was pointing to Wix. Then on July 17 it was pointed to Namecheap.
     
    Next, we look at the same for stopmoloversclub.com – https://viewdns.info/iphistory/?domain=stopmoloversclub.com
     
    There I see the domain is likely purchased in July and has always pointed to Namecheap.
     
    What is not clear is where the website is hosted. Is it hosted with Wix? Or, is it hosted at Namecheap? Or, somewhere else. This is what you will need to figure out. Once you know where the site is hosted, you will want to contact the support for that host so they can help you point your domains correctly.

    Both domains are hosted in namecheap, I made a website using WP with stopmoloverclub.com domain a couple of years ago. I am making a website also in WP using stopmoloversclub.com domain (both hosting by namecheap) but today I had the terrible idea of changing the name of the web stopmoloversclub.com for stopmolovers.com and then when I try to enter the stopmoloversclub.com redirect me to stopmolovers.com but I cant enter either.

    what can I do? to enter stopmolovers.com and change the domain in setting so I can go backwards and try to fix the problem

    Hey, @stopmolovers.

    Even if the sites you used the free and open-source WordPress software, WordPress.com does not have access to them. Since they are hosted with Namecheap, your best option is to contact them directly to help you manage the configuration of your two domains.
