Changed domain and URL

I changed the domain name and the URL from Settings -> General. I looked it up and it seems that i need to access the cPanel but it’s not letting me in. Can I do something?
The site I need help with is intentandoseryo.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another host.
Changing the domain on a stand-alone WordPress site like yours has to follow a specific process. You can find the documentation for that process here, though many hosting providers have their own process for this via their hosting control panel.

Depending on your setup, you might be able to fix this yourself using those instructions. If not, please contact your hosting provider directly for help. If you need access to cPanel, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider in any case, as they control that.
