Changed domain-can’t access dashboard

    I changed my domain and now I can’t access my original site

    Hi there,

    The only site I see under your @kmallon4 WordPress.com account when I check on our end is this one, which I can confirm is working correctly. According to our server logs the address of this site has not changed since it was created two months ago

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
