Changed domain, lost search rankings?

    Hi. We were using arofcp.net as our domain until it expired. After it expired, we couldnt pay for the domain. So, we decided to activate a new domain, armyrepublic.com. We removed the domain on the other site.

    However, When we searched our key search terms, “cp ghosts” and “arofcp”, armyrepublic.com did not show up. Instead, arofcp.net showed up at the top. I was told that our new domain would simply replace the old domain in terms of search rankings.

    I need our new domain, armyrepublic.com, to get back to the top when “cp ghosts” is searched.
