Changed domain, lost the blog

I changed the domainname (from mikaelanordstrom.com/blog –> mikaelanordstrom.com/blog/hemlig ) in both the settings to hide the blog while building it. Now I only see Parallels H-sphere! Bad decision because it probably has to do with the settings in my webhost. So fine, I change back to the old domain adress in WP. But now I cant see the setting and when I log in again there is a new appearance and my blog is gone!
What did I just do! Is it lost forever?!
Please help!

We do not provide support at WordPress.COM for any installs of WordPress.ORG software. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs being hosted right here on this multiuser blogging platform.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

As timethief mentioned, the site you’ve indicated is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
