Changed Domain – Need Assistance

    Hello – I just had Bluehost change my domain from http://www.crystalevekelley.com to socrystaleve.com but now after the change, both domains are not working. I contacted Bluehost customer support and they said that the issue is on the WordPress side. Can you please assist? Both domains are giving me a privacy error with no valid certificate. I have no idea where to begin to fix the issue. Please help – thank you

    I also have had an upgraded WordPress account for years and now that they changed my sites domain, WordPress is asking me to upgrade. I don’t want to end up being charged twice either.

    So stressed out

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any errors when I visit your site at https://www.socrystaleve.com/. Can you check if it helps to clear your browser cache on your end?

    If not, if the issue is with the SSL certificate, it’s a Bluehost issue, as the SSL certificate for your site is configured on their servers. It’s not something that’s controlled by the WordPress software.

    That said, the WordPress you’re using is the open source software made by the community on WordPress.org. If you need help with that software, you can ask that community in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    The forum you’re posting to now is for WordPress.com, another hosting provider, like Bluehost. Your site is connected to your account with us via the Jetpack plugin, but it’s not hosted on our servers, so we have no control over how it works :)

    I don’t appear to have a wordpress.org account when trying to log in. The site pulls up on my phone but not my computer and I cannot access my wordpress dashboard – only a very basic version of it that gives me an error and will not let me update my site title, or site tagline or timezone. It only transferred over my site logo from before I updated the domain.

    I did clear the cache as well – no change

    So idk how to ask the wordpress.org site if I don’t even have an account there. I am so confused and frustrated. Can’t get any clear answer on how to access my site so that I can atleast access it and create a re-direct from my old domain. :)
