changed http to https without SSL and is now locked out

  hi,
  I messed up and changed the http to https without a SSL certificate. and now have no wesite or access.
  I read some of the posts but everything sounds very complicated.
  Can wordpress not simply change it back to http?
  can someone please help.

  Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider (GoDaddy):
