Changed my blog name and really screwed up!!

Ok, so I thought I could go in and change my blog name and all the info from my old blog would be there. I started this blog during a school project and just picked a name out of no where. Now I’m wanting to use it for my little hobby business and decided on a name for it and…well, now all the work I’ve done is gone. I don’t know what to do! Please help me!

ok, I originally used http://bearcreekkennels.wordpress.com then all I was trying to do was change it from that to http://thepuppycradle.wordpress.com, thinking it would all be the same and I would just have to change some of the pages and stuff to the puppy cradle….When I use the bearcreekkennels in the address bar, it carries me to a new blank blog. Using the puppy cradle, it carries me to my old blog, but when I try logging in to work on the new “puppycradle” it is blank…I’m sorry
