  I had to change my phone number and now I can’t access my settings because the site wants to send a code to my old number. What can I do? Thanks!

  That’s why the Backup codes when you set up 2FA are so important, the are the only way to restore access to your account, https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/#backup-codes
