  Hello. I change my url and now i can’t log into my wordpress account. My domain name is teabellsweetshoppe.com

  Most probably you have changed the website names here?:
  

  Your website is hosted on Hostgator as I see here, not WordPress.com. Websites on WordPress.com do not have access to these two menu sections.

  In your case, I recommend you to contact your hosting provider https://helpchat.hostgator.com/, they could fix the URL on their servers.
