Changed my username and host name for wordpress.com and now my site is gone

    Hello All

    I was interested in changing my username and address as it seems simple and convenient. I did, so but upon it being completed I see that the site is now gone. This is extremely important. This site was a semester long project with my professor, and our final grades are determined by the content. I selected the second option to change my username and address it said

    “Yes, change showmethemodal.wordpress.com to match my new username and discard the old address”

    I was able to salvage most of the old site with google cache, but its incomplete and dire that the original site content be brought over to finalfactswithalyssa.wordpress.com

    Hi there,

    I can see all your content on http://finalfactswithalyssa.wordpress.com/

    There are 6 posts, published on August 30, and 4 pages, published on August 30 and September 7. No content was deleted from that site, only the address was changed. Most of the content hasn’t been edited in any way since October.

    What content are you missing?
