changed our admin credentials?

    Response from the hosting company.
    When we deleted WP bakery plugin it changed our admin credentials? the URL still says admin but we don’t have access to setting to upload elementor to continue building. WP says its a hosting problem
    WP is telling me that it is a hosting issue?

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
