Changed over to CSS control now no themes work

I upgrade to the CSS option to play with fonts and sizes and colors and such.
Before I start messing with that, I figured I would check out all the templates. When I started changing templates, eventually they aren’t working. I see what they are supposed to look like, but when I apply them to my blog, they aren’t anything like it.
You can go look at hhtp://brenttrf.wordpress.com I am using the Green Marinée Theme. Obviously something is wrong.
Any ideas?

Looks like the stylesheet has been stripped from the blog or isn’t being linked to it. I don’t know enough about CSS to know how it would have happened, but you definitely didn’t make any changes?
Have you tried switching between different templates, just to see if that resets it, or if they’re all doing it? Because if they are, you might have to contact support, see if it’s something they can help with on their end.

I just tried it again and it is working.
I have no clue what was going on. Now I am afraid to touch the CSS. I am limited but have enough knowledge to mess with the fluff.
I hope things aren’t going to get crazy when I start trying things out.

Things do. Do a forum search for CSS Resources and see what you can find. Because it’s so powerful, it’s all too easy to mess things up when you’re just playing around.

At least it’s working again. If you’re worried about messing around with the css, you could register a private test blog where you can play with themes and the design. That way if anything goes wrong, you don’t have to worry about it messing up your main blog, and you just copy it over when you’ve got the design the way you want it.

You would need to buy the CSS again for this – it’s per blog, not per user.
If themes go screwy, check the 2 buttons under the main text area. Try switching them.
