Changed Password without our concent

  Hello, I received an email this morning stating that our wordpress website’s account password has been changed. We haven’t done this on our end and we are not able to access it now even used the forgot password option still to no avail. We kindly ask for assistance. Thank you.

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is it connected to a wordpress.com account (which isn’t the same as the credentials you use for your site) for login. You must take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org – https://wordpress.org/documentation/ – or ask for advice in the appropiate forum at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
