Changed Permalinks and Can't get my website back online

Hi WordPress,
My website wlctmedia.com has recently not been working after I changed my permalinks. I changed it from the (month and name option) to (post name) option and then my URL came up with 404 Not Found (Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at wlctmedia.com Port 80). I then changed the permalinks back to my original settings but it did not work and my website is still down and not working. Can you please help me get my website up and running as soon as possible. It’s an urgent issue now.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
