Changed phone, no backup codes

    Hi,

    I have 2-factor authentication enabled but my number [redacted] is no longer available and I can’t find my backup codes. I know my account password and email address, as well as WordPress.com username (illidan91), but am unable to proceed past the 2-factor verification code step.

    I don’t have activation mail anymore, and I’ve never completed a transaction with WordPress via Paypal, so I also have no transaction IDs I can provide. What other options can I follow in order to gain access to my account again?

    Please help.

    Can you still receive emails to the email address on the account? I put it in an online email checker and it says it is still a valid email address, but all the recent emails for the password resets are getting bounced back as un-deliverable.

    If you still have access to, or can regain access to, that email account, please let me know and we can then go from there.
