Changed phone number, unable to login without verification code
-
Hi,
I’ve tried to log into my main account (not this one) but unfortunately I am not able to log in due to the two step authentication active. I’ve changed numbers and no longer have access to get the verification codes to log in. I’ve tried changing the password but it still sends a verification code to the old phone number. I’ve tried the account recovery form but I don’t have any information to verify. Please let me know if you need additional information. Thanks! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please note that every new comment you make on a forum thread, and each new reply you make to an email support ticket, causes your issue to move back to the bottom of the queue, meaning it takes us longer to get to it. In future, please don’t try bumping your issue like this, as it has the opposite effect of what you want. Instead, please be patient while waiting for someone to reply.

Our records show that when you set up two-step authentication on that account you confirmed receipt of the backup codes we provided you. Please use one of those backup codes to access your 2FA settings and log back in.
If you no longer have access to your backup codes either, please confirm if you still have access to the email address connected to that account.

Pardon me, I got nervous. Thank youvery much for your reply. Unfortunately I don’t find the backup codes anymore. Yes, i do have access to the email address. It is the same address as the recovery email address for this account.
Thank you for your reply,

Thanks for confirming.
We’ve sent you an email to the address on file for that account. Please reply there so we can help you regain access to the account.
