Changed settings but the site is not showing up as private

  I’m trying to create a new website but I don’t want it published and accessible until I’m done setting it up. I have the pages listed as Drafts and I set the privacy settings to have it be only visible to private users – but when I type in the site to doublecheck that nothing is showing up, the front page I had saved from before using a different theme than the one I am now is still showing up.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  https://fedsys.wordpress.com/ – is set to private and I can not see it

  Try to get to it without logging first, as if you were a stranger.

  Same thing when not logged in:

  fedsys.wordpress.com/ is marked private by its owner. You can:
  Request access to view the site. We’ll send your username to the site owner for their approval.
  Log out and sign in as different user.
  Learn about privacy settings.
