changed site from developer back to my site, paid for Jetpack $300

  Now I need to pay additional $300 for WordPress? Already have domain set up and running.

  Hi there,

  Of what site are you speaking? I don’t see any Jetpack-connected sites in your account, nor any purchase history for Jetpack plans. You only own one free site hosted with us, which still has the demo content from when you created it two years ago.

  The only time you’d need to pay us for anything is if you wanted to add a paid plan to that WordPress.com site, and it doesn’t sound like that’s what you want to do. If you provide more information on what you do want to do, and for which site, we can try to point you in the right direction to get help with this.
