Changed some php in theme, now can't access dashboard

I am helping a friend with her wordpress.com site erindonovan.net. I did an awful thing and added a line to the theme’s .php file (I can’t remember the exact file name, but it was something like theme.options.php). Now when I log in to her site, I get a blank page. The URL after I log in is as it should be: http://www.erindonovan.net/wp-admin/
I realize now just how stupid it was for me to do that. If anyone can point me in a direction to get back to the dashboard, I will be forever humbled and grateful!

Never mind. Sorry for any hassle. I discovered that the site is hosted and I have FTP access.
