Changed spelling of name, opened new acc't – can't recall password or change it

  I’m a professional actor who recently changed the spelling of my name. I had created this account while my name was spelled: “Ian Ray Hawk”. When my name was changed to “Ian Ray Hawke” (I just added an “e” on the end) I created another account with that name. But now, for some reason I can’t access that account — only this one. When I try to do a password change on the ianrayhawke account, I don’t receive any emails — possibly it’s set up to go to an old email account that I no longer have access to. I would settle for changing my user name on THIS account to the new spelling but it won’t let me do that because it says “ianrayhawke” is not available. To summarize: I’d like to access my ianrayhawke account and use that one. If for some reason that’s not possible, I’d like to be able to change the user name on this account to that new spelling.
