Changed the URL and Readers

    First of all, sorry for my grammar.
    So, i’ve been change my url blog. and after that, i publish a one post.
    But the followers (that one who using wordpress too), not see my post in their readers feed. So, i don’t know what to do.
    Waiting for a day hope to see problem fixed, but nothing :'(
    So after the day, i publish one post again but they still can’t see my post in their readers feed. Why? Can someone help me?
