Changed the URL because of a hack to login but can’t find the way to login

  I went under the settings to customize the URL to access login and was thinking when I did so it would show me how to access the new link but it didn’t. I can’t log back into the site because it is giving me a 404 link broken. How do I get in? I have the user name and password.
