Changed the URL's within admin, webpage is now sans theme & cant acces wp-admin

Ive been working on a wp site for a couple weeks and decided to make it live since it was only available via http://www.laughteryoga-toronto.com/wp%5B1%5D . I was playing around with the URLs within wp-admin and now i cant access my webpage. Any help would be appreciated, will provide ftp to diagnose.

Update: Now after about half an hour my site is up http://www.laughteryoga-toronto.com[2] , without styles but a bunch of text and some colour is there. It seems as though the theme isn’t being applied. laughteryoga-toronto.com/wp-admin is still missing.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
