Changed the wrong information via MAMP

    hello,

    I changed some information on my phpadmin and phpadminlite I was trying to simply change my login from admin to a new more secure username. Now I cannot log in and I tried to reset my password with my email but its not sending me an email to do so.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You are referring to a local install of WordPress.ORG software and we do not provide support for them here at WordPress.COM.

    This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
